I had my chemo stopped on Thursday due to peripheral neuropathy and was told thst the drug was unsafe to continue i had 2 more rounds to go . Has anyone else been in this situation ?
Hi Yes had 1x Docetaxal stopped after 1 round. The peripheral neuropathy was so bad in my feet I couldn't walk for 2 weeks. I had a rash, burnt skin and blisters. They stopped it I should have had 2 more but I went back to EC for last 2 treatments to complete my 6. I still get nerve pain in my feet 4 years on. Good luck
