Sacituzumab govitecan

I have metastatic tnbc and achieved remission through other drugs, but it’s my next line of treatment if/when I need it. So I am always interested in posts about this drug whenever I see them. I can’t be sure you will get a lot of responses as it’s only used for metastatic tnbc that isn’t suitable for either a PD-1 inhibitor or PARP inhibitor, or where the patient has stopped responding to these / can’t have more of these. A lot of people seem to refer to it by its brand name Trodelvy so it might be worth adding that to your post title.

1. I have breast cancer secondaries which have spread to my lungs, I have been on the chemotherapy since September and have been told that there is no end date once you start, though it may be different for you.

Yes - I think the idea is you keep going all the time it is working for you and you can tolerate it. I hope you are doing well on it.
