Hello. I was stage 2a lobular breast cancer. I’m on letrozole and zoledronic acid, completed radiation in january and started ribociclib 400mg in February. I managed 2 cycles and my ALT levels increased to nearly 200. After a break I was restarted at 200 dose, and my ALT levels increased to 150 after 2 weeks. Has this happened to anyone else? I really want to continue with some extra meditation but I’m not eligible for other cdk46 inhibitors. So wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what happened? Many thanks!
