Hi. I take abemaciclib,exemestane and zoladex . I was doing okay then had to take a break for antibiotics due to a cough. Started again ( also changed fom tamoxifen to exemestane and the sane time) the side effects are now flooring me ! No energy. Sore joints. Awful pressure headaches and sore on right side on my head and neck. Ive been advised to take a 2 week break. Anyone else having issues? I really want to get fit again ! Im exhausted all the time
