Has anyone struggled with high blood pressure as a long term effect of radiotherapy? I dont know if it is the cause but ever since I had radiotherapy and started anastrozole, them Exemestane I have much higher blood pressure. I finished radiotherapy in October 2025 and have stopped all hormone therapy but still have high BP. I have never had high BP before. Im a relatively fit 68year old and just cant get it lowered.
