Am a (hopefully ) returning resident to the UK, currently residing in USA.

I have Stage lV ER positive breast cancer with metz to bones. My current treatment is Femara and Ribociclib (Kisqali), which I am doing well on.

I am hoping to return to the UK ( to be with my family) and was hoping for some advice / guidance on the availability of Ribociclib in the UK particularly in the Liverpool / Merseyside / Manchester area.

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

  • I am currently on Ribociclib which is now available through the NHS. It has to be prescribed by my oncology team but have had no problem getting it. I can’t speak for the area you mentioned but imagine it will be similar. X

  • Hi Songbirdy, I have same with bone mets.  I am on Exemastane and ribociclib and denosumab.  Ribo is widely available on the NHS in the UK and in the areas you mention.
