Hi lovely people I am having a wired lumpectomy and sentinel biopsy on the 24 of March for a 9mm and a 1 mm HER2 positive and going to have also have radiotherapy afterwards , but my surgeon has not mentioned anything about targeted drugs due to the type of cancer maybe my oncologist will when I go for biopsy results, my question is has anyone had the same cancer but not needed the targeted drugs?? Thank you for taking the time to read my message x
Hi, for my HER+ cancer I had phesgo injections. I had 18 treatments, each 3 weeks apart, at first with my chemo and then this carried on afterwards. Might be worth asking the oncologist. Best wishes
