Been on letrozole for two months now and have the most extreme brain fog , (more than menopausal brain fog) . Mental fatigue and poor contraction and memory .
Struggling to function in work . Anyone else experienced this ?
Hi Ali , ive been on letrozole for 5 months and I het awful brain fog and have been really struggling with other symptoms too including bad hot flushes ,terrible muscle pains ,non existent libido and am an emotional wreck -I have my reveiw next week with oncologist and am going to see what other options may ne available as I cant go on this for the next 5 years . IM follwing your thread in the hope that others may offer some tips or solitions . I hope you get some relief soon stay strong xJo
