Hi Ladies
X2 wide excision lumpectomies in 2025 right breast, last one July..
I felt a Lump in my left breast about 4 weeks ago, been keeping a check on it!
Had an appointment with GP this morning as my bloods are out and she wanted to talk to me, long story short, I mentioned my lump which I had kidded myself was a vein, she said no it’s definitely a lump and I need to get hold of my Breast nurse, I’m in a tail spin, haven’t told my other half im gutted !!
Sending lots of positive energy to you - once diagnosed it seems worry is always there but it may be something else . Us ladies get lots of lumps and bumps - so hoping a harmless lump is all you have Xxxx
Like a dark cloud, that’s for sure!! Thank you so much, in a better place today, stay positive until you know any different xxx
Hi SJM
Welcome to the forum, I'm Daisy53 one of the Community Champions on this forum. I'm sorry to hear that you are facing a possible breast cancer diagnosis. Most lumps turn out to be benign but if it does turn out to be cancer it most likely will be treatable. I've been diagnosed with breast cancer twice over the last 5 and a half years and after having treatment I made a full recovery. I've been cancer free for nearly three years.
Wishing you the best of luck with your appointment when it comes through.
Best wishes
Daisy53
