I had a right mastectomy just Iver 2 years ago, then 8 chemotherapy and 15 radiotherapy. I have just found a lump in my collarbone and it's back! I've had a CT scan and I'm awaiting the results to see if it is elsewhere. I have ER+ HER2 negative cancer. I'm absolutely spiralling that it's gone everywhere and I'm going to die. I'm currently on letrozole and abemaciclib which I've been told to continue taking . Are there any good stories of people surviving this? I'm afraid to ask!!
