I had a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery in 2019. I had the implant replaced in October last year due to capsular contracture and I've got an odd question. I'm aware that implants can become damaged, but I'm wondering exactly how fragile they are. I've always assumed that laying on my front is out, but can they become damaged if someone hugs you too hard?
I realise I can only get very general advice here, but that's all I'm after, and this is quicker than playing phone tag with my specialist nurse!
