Hi I have just had to stop my abemaciclib as my heart ejection rate dropped to between 33 and 38. I had a lumpectomy and auxiliary node removal then cavity shave and chemo, radiotherapy followed with tamoxifen and abemaciclib. Has anyone else entered heart failure after treatment. I was really gasping for breath and have bad swelling of my ankles. The cardiac pills seem to help but to be honest I'm more upset about this than the cancer diagnosis after going through two years of treatment and to end up with this. It's really s*** and so unfair. X
