I have been taking Letrozole for 3 years now and have noticed that my hair is thinning. Does anyone have any recommendations for help here. Obviously the cause for my thinning hair is probably due to the drug rather than age related therefore i'm not sure what products to invest in.
Any ideas considered. Thank you.
