I had a mastectomy in July and had a PICO wound dressing which was removed after14 days. Since then I have had seroma. whilst it is not has bad as it was and I understand will disappear through my body I am wondering if anyone has any tips on how to try and help it along its way or alternatively how long it takes to go.
