Hello everyone, I am new on here. I have been diagnosed with triple positive breast cancer and have just started weekly TCHP last week. I had Paclitaxyl, Carboplatin and also a Phesgo injection. I seem to be suffering a different side-effect daily but weirdly only one at a time. Day one after treatment I felt as if I’d been hit by a truck, day 2 no aches and felt almost normal, day three felt nauseous, day four upset stomach, day five completely exhausted. Any advice on week 1 chemo side effects of weekly TCHP and also what I might expect going forwards would be so helpful. Thanks in advance.
Hi Bonnie3351 welcome to the forum.and I am so sorry to hear what is happening for you.. I didn't have chemo but I'm wondering if its worth you giving your chemo team a ring as you can't afford to be having any bugs or viruses which affectyour already compromised immune system..Please do give them a call and explain what's been happening then at least you will get reassurance..
