Hi,

been a while since I logged in. Looking for the benefit of experience. Last round of chemo next week. Had a telephone consultation with oncologist today to see how things are going and to advise me on next steps, being mri then surgery. I am still feel the lump but doesn’t feel as big or has hard. Was diagnosed as early TNBC, when I asked if the lump was still there what that meant for me was told would depend on results when what remains is removed. To be be honest I’m not actually sure what I heard next, I’m terms of what’s deemed a success and what isn’t. Can anyone with same experience help please!

  • I feel your stresses.
I had chemo and could still feel the lump. It then began to grow again.

I had a mastectomy and they said they have got it all with 7mm clear margins.
I just hope and try not to worry. Which is easier said then done.

I guess when you’ve been diagnosed, you’re probably going to have health anxiety.

    xx
