Hi,
I met my oncologist this week and it was confirmed I would have to come off hrt, I think I can cope with most menopause symptoms apart from the brain fog. Has anyone found an alternative to hrt that actually works? I have already lost weight, exercise , try to eat healthier and do things to keep my brain active.
I start chemo soon so don’t fancy dealing with chemo brain and brain fog all at the same time.
take care
sarah
Hi Sarah I had awful brain fog during my menopause and used NEUROBALANCE - which I found helpful but you would need to check if it’s safe to take with your chemo and (I’m assuming) oestrogen positive cancer. It’s zinc, magnesium and a b vitamin I think. Brain fog and insomnia were the two things that were most difficult for me during menopause - incapacitating. Hope your chemo goes well xx
