Hi I just wanted to ask how does the weekly dose effect you in terms of the third weekly dose. As the third weekly you are more at risk of infections 7-14 days after. How does it work with the weekly treatment? Thanks Sue
I would say you’re at risk the whole time on chemo as your immune system is compromised.
Everyone is different as it will hit people at diff times.
I was hospitalised after 5 days when on 3 weekly treatment as my neutrophils were so low.
