Awaiting biopsy results

I’m Anne, one of the Community Champions here on the Online Community and, although I was treated for breast cancer, I don't have the experience you're looking for.

Hi I went back to my consultant two weeks ago, after having an operation in 2021 for beast cancer, which was removed successfully followed by radiotherapy,  having found a lump in the same breast plus my beast going yellow the only way I can describe it is a jaundice looking with tiny red dots in it. I have now had a biopsy on the lump and the yellowing skin. My consultant said he thinks it's from the radiotherapy in 2021. 

I'm finding this wait  more worrying than I did last time as I was convinced it was cancerous but not sure this time. 

I'm trying to stay positive. 

Update just had a letter to say the lump was benign now waiting on the next result so far looking good.
