Hi all, hope everyone is doing as ok as they can be.
Ok, so, I had my first round of chemo (Epirubicin, Cyclophosamide) for breast cancer on 31.3.25 it knocked me for six, no surprise it's lovingly nicknamed the Devil.
Since then I haven't been able to have anymore due to one ailment or another. My picc line began to bleed from site, I have a clavicle clot, so the line was removed, no treatment that day. It was rescheduled again but I ended up with pneumonia and pleurisy. Having been put on blood thinners for the clot I already have, I am then told that should sort out the pulmonary embolism and the atrial fibrillation! Which I was unaware of.
My dose of chemo was to be reduced anyway, and I don't mind saying that I'm more than scared about having another lot, but of course, I will have it
I understand everyone is different, but what I'm asking I guess is, has anyone else had the same\similar experience? I truly hope nobody has and I've just been unlucky, but I want this over, I should have been well into my second dose now
What about supplements to boost my immune system, yes or no?
