Hi all, I’m looking for some reinsurance or someone who has been in the same situation.
I had lobular cancer of the right breast which was removed, then radiotherapy. I have just had my yearly screening (MR)I and they have found something in the left breast and right lymph nodes. I have an ultrasound appt this Thursday.
i am trying not to worry but that is easier said then done. Has anyone been through this?

I haven't experience of lobular but know the waiting pain. I have severe mobility issues and have to force myself to leave the house. I got my PET scan results yesterday at 4:45... I left home at 8:30 for a one hour journey to stop myself hoovering my garden! Saturday I weeded. Sunday I cut the grass. Monday I Re-cleaned the house. So by Tuesday?
I'm hoping beyond hope that it's the news you want
Good luck luv

Yesterday. Now awaiting the oncologist next Tuesday. Appt 5:30 so my nerves will be ...... by the time I've finished breakfast. If my legs & spine take the day off, I might challenge myself to go shopping on Oxford Street and NOT spend anything.
Good luck in your journey

I had my appt today and they did an ultrasound on both breasts, they are not worried about the right breast I think it is just inflamed from previous treatment. However, they have taking 6 biopsies on the left side and I have to wait for a week for the results. I just need to be patient.
