Post surgery bras

Hi. I had a bilateral mastectomy and node removal but without reconstruction. However a friend who had reconstruction recommended the front fastening post-surgery bras from M&S which she used - they have velcro and hook & eyes. If you've had breast surgery, you get the VAT taken off, so are £20ish. I used them too with my softies and they were very comfortable and didn't rub under my arms.

I'm 6 weeks post mastectomy. I found the front fastening bras stiff and not very comfy. Matalan do a back fastening bra that is soft  on the skin and really comfy. Order on line as they not in the stores

Hi, I bought a few if the M&S older style with hook and eye front fastening for my recent surgeries. I was a DD cup and they have been OK, but probably not as supportive as I would have liked ( especially at night). Might be enough for a smaller cup size however.

Here are a couple of sturdier options, altho considerably more expensive.

Front fastening is the way to go....... 

Hi I just brought 2 bras in primark pack for £15 for the two May.  I had lymph nodes removed and a second lumpectomy so I am.very sore. 

These have a zip up front and.a front clip  so much more comfortable especially as have to wear all.the time!.  Comfortable to sleep in as well.
