Hi, I am currently in remission, but taking Letrozole for the next 5 years. It is causing stiffness and joint pain, especially in my knees. Just wondered if anyone knows which supplements can be taken while on Letrozole, that can ease joint pain.
Hi, I don't know about supplements, but I know that I find if I do a reasonable amount of walking, not too much but around 8-10,000 steps a day, the stiffness and pain is much much better, best wishes
