Hi Very J , I’m on Anastrozole, a cousin of letrozole, and I remember the trepidation of taking that first tablet! I think I even delayed a day or so after getting the prescription, thinking I’d savour that time before popping the pill! I’ve been on it for over 6 years now, I don’t love taking it but for me it’s definitely worth it for the extra ‘protection’ from a recurrence. Love and hugs, HFxx
