Hi, I have DCIS . After 3 lumpectomies I still haven’t got clear margins. I’m trying to decide whether to give it another go and have a fourth lumpectomy or put an end and have a mastectomy with reconstruction all in one go. As I read about possible complications with implants I get more scared. Has anyone had the single mastectomy with implants? What was your experience? Thanks a lot.
