I am just undergoing screening to enter the Cambria 2 trial with either Camizestrant or a regular AI like letrozole. There is information on this trial on many sites. It is for early breast cancer as Camizestrant has been used just for advanced breast cancer up till now. I will know on Feb 24th what drug I have been randomised for. I have had surgery, chemo and just finished radiotherapy. I had letrozole prior to surgery to shrink the tumour and experienced very little in terms of side effects.
