Surgery 2nd time around

I’m in the same situation… first op 23/12 and next op booked 27/1 to get a clearer margin. I hope you have a speedy recovery. 
may I ask why you thought it was better this time around? Was it because you knew what to expect do you think? 

In a way yes but not as invasive this time around so was in theatre less then an hour. Went in 7.15am,down to surgery @ 11, woke up @ 11.40, left 1.30 pm. Hope you have the same experience! 

Ah that sounds really positive! Did you have lymph nodes taken this time? 
I hope so! My surgeon only had me last time so I went down before 8am. Nice not having to hang around before hand. 

Yes my lymph tested positive so got sent off for oncha test to America. Wow you were lucky last time I had to wait 7 hours before going to surgery  then problems with my preveena dressing flashing orange and trying to get help over the Xmas holiday. But never mind I’m still here. Can I ask why such a big gap between surgeries? X
