My tummy isn't just upset - it's furious!
Did/does anyone else have continued diarrhoea over two weeks after their (first) chemo session? Mine started after I started the Accofil jabs at home and hasn't really stopped. I don't feel unwell, it's just that everything I eat or drink is coming straight through me.
The hospital suggested taking immodium: it does help but then I feel queasy.
Anyone else had this? I'm seeing consultant oncologist Monday and will talk about it as I'm due second chemo in under a week now.
Hug to you all.
Hi, oh this sounds rough, I really feel for you. This does seem like a very long period so Inagree it's important to tell your oncologist and see what they recommend, best wishes
Thank you . It's very tiring and if I hadn't had it I would've been fine within a week of chemo. And it's costing a fortune in loo roll!
