Citalopram - does it have drug interactions with Tamoxifen.

I believe it can cause heart arrhythmias which means irregular heartbeat but that’s a rare side effect .

According to bnf.nice.org.uk/interactions there isn't an interaction between citalopram and Tamoxifen.

I have asked a few times, I have been reassured. I am on Tomoxifen since May last year.

Hi I'm on 20 mgs daily. Interesting difference in disease. Never thought to question that before. Maybe I will now. I don't think I would want to increase it though. X
