I was diagnosed three weeks ago after lymph node biopsy. After a whirl of tests - CT scan, ultrasound, and MRI scan scheduled for this week - they still can’t find the primary cancer in my breast. Is this unusual?
It depends on your type of breast cancer . Ductal is most common , lobular less so but doesn’t grow in a lump .
fingers crossed that yours is too small to see without MRI .
The MRI is okay . Just a bit strange as you are face down . You will know more after that.
Good luck x
