HI all,
After being diagnosed with and treated for Endometrial Cancer last year, I was hit with another diagnosis of invasive TNBC grade 3 in February. I had a WLE and SLNB in March.
On Friday I begin Chemotherapy, I'm feeling quite tense about this, but think I just need to get started. I will be having 4 cycles of EC 3 weekly followed by PC weekly for 12 weeks then radiotherapy. When complete I will then have 6 monthly infusions of Zolodronic acid for 3 years. All in all this is longer than I had anticipated. I am going to cold cap and hope that my usually thick hair can stay put.
I would be interested to hear of the side effects from anyone that has had the same treatment.

Hi there, I think the first round of chemo is always the most concerning as it's so unknown. I had different chemo to you, but a few tips would be to take the anti sickness meds even if you don't feel sick (when you do, it's too late) and keep a diary of your symptoms as they often follow a pattern each round.
i am due to have my 6th zoledronic acid next month, the first one gave me flu like symptoms, the rest zero side effects,

Thank you for your reply. I'm sure I will be ok once I get started. Good idea to keep a diary of symptoms, I will definitely do that. Will make sure I take the anti sickness meds too, I really hate nausea 
. Good to see side effects of zoledronic acid not too bad.
