Long time since I posted on here
Finished all my treatment in May , then had ovaries removed at the end of September
Been on letrozole since August , just recently started back at work ,house keeping 3 hrs a day ,4 days a week
Well this has floored me , energy levels , tiredness , but I have noticed in the last 5 weeks my joints and muscles are really painful, from my jaw down to my toes 
I am beside myself when it's really bad and struggling to do normal things
I see my oncologist in the new year ,

Hi, so sorry you're feeling like this, it's sounds really horrid. Many people say that different brands of letrozole create different side effects. This is whilst the main drug is the same, the “fillers” are different and it seems weird to me, this seems to make a difference. It might be worth asking your oncologist if you can try and different brand. Best wishes
