Bleeding between periods

My first couple of chemo cycles played havoc with me,  I think I ended up bleeding 21 days out of 30 in 3 different lots as it kept stop/starting.  I stopped eventually and haven't restarted.  

I wouldn't be surprised if it's the chemo.

Thank you. You've put my mind at ease somewhat, at least knowing that I'm not alone. Side effects of EC doesn't mention anything about it and bleeding between periods is usually a bad thing and this cycle has wiped me out compared to the other 2 I've had so far.

Hi Jolly, the exact thing happened to me…I started a period 2 weeks after my last one. The oncology nurses said it would play havoc with my cycle. My periods have now stopped altogether - which again onco nurses said was common x

Thank you. It's annoying cos I was under the impression they'd stop all together and my onco didn't get back to me. Getting replies on here is really helping though x

You're right, side effects don't mention this.  My problem was also with EC, try not to worry but do discuss it next time you are in for treatment.
