Is anyone else on this drug and experienced weight loss? My appetite is down but concerned how easily weight coming off. Only been on it nearly 3 weeks.
I'm 1.5 weeks in and not noticed any change in weight yet.
The problem I have is raised blood pressure - but I'm in the middle of 20 radiotherapy fractions so I'm waiting to see if it goes down after that ends.
I started Letrozole three weeks ago , yes my appetite is down, also losing weight and feeling sick but no other side effects spoke with breast care nurses and she told me it should settle but I’m starting abemaciclib in 2 weeks with more side effects but I just keep on going forward but speak to your oncologist or team if you are worried.
I did 8 days of abemaciclib and didn’t feel it was for me. Spoke to oncology and they reassured me about Letrozole side effects. Will keep an eye on my weight.
