Yes I get stabbing pains in my ears and below the tummy button. A bit alarming at first, but I go with it now and they pass.

The first time it happened I was worried I was starting with an ear infection and that that might be serious for me and affect my chemotherapy so I was very pleased when I discovered it just seems to be part of the pattern of what I feel on D.

I know what you mean. I have slightly achy throat too but realise that it’s the time of year for colds. Plus some of this will probably be the chemo.

Been taking paracetamol s to go to bed and in middle of night , so I can sleep 

Yes I took couple of ibuprofen

Yes, I had stabbing, shooting pains in my shoulders and hips - all over really. It was pretty intense, so I ended up going to the doctor who prescribed co-codamol. These helped, and I only needed them for a couple of days. I hope your symptoms have eased off now.
