Dry skin!!!

was a desert, moisturise daily

I alternated vitamin c cream, hyaluronic face cream, and jojoba, also just a nice cream w sunscreen on sunny days

drink lots of fluids, and occasionally sports drinks 

I’m still dry, almost two weeks after last session

I always seem to get drier skin during colder months but this is horrible!

i also use the jojoba on my head and massage with those rubber thingies cause at beginning it was feeling sore and tight

not every day but like once a week, good jojoba is not sticky and can be used on arms, face, head, everywhere really

I might have a look online for the jojoba thank you again x

Expensive but if you can afford it I found some of her products really helpful when I was having chemo. Good Christmas gifts. I was gifted a "chemo friendly" massage using them which was amazing.
