Hello good people. I’m 11 days post op (WLE/LICAP/SLNB). Wounds healing really well, sadly I have developed seroma and my boob is very swollen.
I have been walking daily over the last few days but couldn’t today as the weather is quite bad where I am, don’t want to risk falling!
what exercises can I do to stay on track with recovery? Also any tips for the seroma? I’m continuing with the exercises I was given and able to do them all with ease. Nurse also said I could roll up a towel, put under my arm on affected side and gently massage a few times a day. Any additional tips would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, sorry to hear you're developing a seroma, I had one and it was very annoying, I’d keep going with the post op exercises and also follow the nurse's recommendations. It's hard when you can't get out to walk outside, I must admit I have been known to walk round and round my house indoors just to keep moving. He’s to luck with your recovery
