I started zoladex alongside my 2nd cycle of chemo. It took 3 weeks for any side effects to appear and then I have to admit, they all hit me at once. To be honest, I'm glad I started it during chemo as I was feeling fairly rubbish anyway, so may as well get the worst of zoladex over alongside it.
