Ok All so I have thought of something else and wondered what you all think! Since having my lumpectomy nearly 5 weeks ago I will be seeing my oncologist Monday. I found my resent lump when completing self examinations, however, can’t get used to my new boob at present due to changes post operation. I was going to ask on Monday if I can have another scan (ultrasound) to check normal and all ok so I can then start getting to know it again.
whilst having the guided wire prior to surgery I explained during ultrasound that I had felt two more lumps. When they checked they advised there were three, however, felt they looked like cysts. I feel if I get checked out I can relax and then know what I am feeling. My question is has anyone else done this and requested further scans? Thanks in advance all x
