Awful pain under arm and going down towards elbow

I had similar surgery but all the lymph nodes removed. I took anti-inflammatories and paracetamol regularly for at least a week. Mine was very swollen and bruised. I did the exercises and gentle massage. I went back to the clinic twice for advice. It took quite a while to improve but slowly the arm movement got easier. 

I would go back and get advice or see you GP. Drink plenty of water. They gave me Movicol sachets in case I got constipated. Hope that helps. X

Aww thank you , I’m taking painkillers but they are not helping much , did they tell you what it was ? I will go to clinic tomorrow x
