Hi all
I finally got good news today. There was no cancer in the nodes my surgeon took last month. I'll be having Radiotherapy and maybe chemo. The last month since my operation has been a rollercoaster as I was hospitalised with an infection and was in hospital for eleven days. My wounds were also leaking so I had to have dressings on them. I finally got one of the dressing off today when I was at the breast clinic but still have one wound leaking though it isn't leaking much so I should be able to have the other dressing off next week.
Best wishes everyone.

Ah that’s great Daisy53 ! Must be a big relief and sounds like the wounds are healing after many ups and downs. Glad to hear, enjoy ticking that box off. And good luck with the next treatment. Love and hugs, HFxx
Well done you getting through the last month. It's all quite stressful, getting through each step and working on healing. Positive vibes and prayers for all to heal well. It's one year since I realised something was going on with my breast.
Enjoy what you can, rest well, daytime TV is there for a reason. Such a strong woman, we have to be sometime.
