Maybe try a different treatment like Daktarin. Treat from the top as in oral gel and vagina with cream or pessary. I worked as a HV and sometimes stronger treatments are needed. Fluconazole or Flagyl systemically. I can't comment on natural treatments, Holland and Barrett may have suggestions. The GP could prescribe what I have suggested or some is available over counter. Hope that helps.
Agree with what Sabrina22 said about the stronger treatments, especially the systemic pills. I would always ensure you are using a moisturiser - I have found that the vaginal atrophy from hormone therapy has meant I'm more prone to thrush, I guess because dryness means more likely to get small injuries/cuts. I use Balance Activ pessaries 2 or 3 times a week which really help.
For the long term, I always have oregano oil and goldenseal pills in the house. First sign of thrush, I take them and it seems to do the trick. I would check with your team whether they're OK with Tamoxifen though which I'm not on - I know a lot can interfere with that.
