Hi all. I had my infusion two weeks ago and ended up spending a week in hospital following it because of side effects (flu symptoms, really high temperature, being sick, dizzy. I actually blacked out twice in the hospital.It’s been exactly one week since coming out of hospital but I’m still in so much pain and I wonder how much more I can take.
My left side is agony to the point I can’t lie on that side without screaming, I’m still having dizzy spells but I’m too scared to contact the team because they did loads of tests and nothing showed up so I’d just be wasting their time but every night I’m crying because I’m at the edge.
Hi Jeann01 oh this sounds awful, I really feel for you. Please please do get back in touch with your medical team and tell them about the dizzy spells and the pain. I know it's hard, but you're not wasting their time if you are not coping so well and they need to support and help you. Best wishes
