Nab paclitaxil Abraxane

After being diagnosed with tnbc I was put on 3 weekly carboplatin and pembro alongside weekly paclitaxil.

I had a reaction to the paclitaxil so my oncologist has changed this drug to abraxane/nab paclitaxil, but only given 3 weekly.

I wondered if anyone else is only receiving this 3 weekly or if it generally given weekly (like the paclitaxil?

I've also had a reaction to paclitaxel and am moving to nab-paclitaxel.

My understanding is that for breast cancer the standard cycle is every 3 weeks.

had reaction too...abraxane.much better tolerated so a sort of win. Lost all hair and had mild peripheral neuropathy but hair regrowth ok glad to have eyelashes/eyebrows back...yes every 3 weeks
