UPDATE MY SCAN IS TOMORROW 22ND AUGUST!! JUST GOT CANCELLATION!! Hi all I have had breast cancer twice.1st time was in 2010I had Invasive ductal carcinoma,Her2+Bilateral mastectomy, tram flap reconstruction, Chemo, Radio, herceptin and hormone therapy.Fast forward 4yrs 8months later I had a Recurrance 2015 also Her2+ resulting in removal of right reconstructed breast More chemo, radio, herceptin and hormone therapy.Last week I was sent by my GP for an abdominal ultrasound as I haven't been feeling well for months.Fatigue tummy pain.Had Ultrasound on Wed last and GP rang me on Thursday morning saying radiology had contacted her to say there was spots on my liver.To say I am shocked is an understatement.Getting a red flag CT on 29th August to rule out Secondary breasts cancer in the liver.I feel like my whole world is crumbling.Barely eating and little to no sleep.Worried sick.I was 32 at first diagnosis 37 at second diagnosis and I'm now 45.
So sorry you are going through this. I have always said that the waiting is almost worse than the treatment, the next 9 days will seem like an age. I know it's no consolation but I so hope you get good news

Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that you've had breast cancer twice and are facing the possibility of having Secondary Breast Cancer in the liver. If you have a Maggie's centre near you why not call in to see someone and talk to them about what you are going through. They can even arrange counselling for you if you wish.
