Double mastectomy

Hi anyone have advice about wearing a bra after double mastectomy with 2 prosthesis, will it stay in place or ride up? Currently wearing one prosthesis. But need corrective surgery for dog ears plus reduction or prophylactic Mx for other breast either way at times I need to wear a bra with a completely flat chest. I cannot have reconstruction or implant due to pre existing issues.

I tried to buy a bra online that had lower straps, it was supposed to be suitable for backless dresses.

It wasn't a very good bra but I'd have thought that sort of design might work.

Or Sainsbury's did have a stretchy bralet type design, I have one that is quite comfortable.

Failing that a sports bra ought to stay in place?
