Hi, this isn’t something that I have experienced (I am on Anastrazole too), but I see that constipation is listed as a side effect. I’d speak to your BCN to see if they can offer any advice, particularly as this is a long-term treatment. 

Have been and seen pharmacy They suggested blaxido ifall fails will go and see doctor 

Have you tried prunes at night, or a different kind of laxative. -  one that gives it all a bit of a push? x

I've been on  on exemestane for 2 years and also have issue with constipation. I have a repeat prescription of laxido, which I take whenever I need to (usually one a day). I also have a pretty decent diet and exercise, and I drink probiotics every day.
