Hi All
I had my second yearly mammogram last month and got called back as they found a lump in my right breast. I had an ultrasound last week and a number of biopsies. I had a clinic as most of my results were back. I’ve got breast cancer again. This time it’s er+ and pr+. They are waiting on the her2 result. I’ll be having surgery and radiotherapy. I don’t know yet if I’ll need chemo. The tumour is very small and is treatable. I’ve beaten breast cancer before and I’ll do it again.
Best wishes to all who are either having treatment or waiting for results and waiting to start treatment.

Sorry to hear about this new cancer Daisy and I know going through it again is not easy. One thing is you know how things go so things won’t be such surprises. I had DCIS in right breast and stage 1 in left and it was because of the MRI that the left one was picked up. Caught at same time. Never easy. Take care and my cancers were ER and PR positive too so had radiation and on aromatase inhibitor. Hugs to you.
