I would check with your BCNS but I've been advised never to use the arm that had lymph nodes removed from for anything, ie blood pressure, blood tests, injections, etc as there's a risk of getting lymphoedema.

NICE guidance has changed it's not so important anymore. This is from the mouth of a BCN today at a moving on course I attended. Myself I would do it in the other arm but they say it's not necessary. 

Well I had my lumpectomy and sentinel node biopsy in September last year and was told not to have any injections in the affected arm and this was at any time in the future.I was also told to take care when gardening to wear long sleeves and gloves.  I had my covid jab last week and my arm was fine, just a bit sore when lying on that side so I took paracetamol. I would definitely contact the BCN and check with her. 

Just spoken to breast care nurse and she said the same. Got to have itinmy good arm

Hi Rowliegirl, I was advised to have my covid booster in my good arm and not the side I had my breast cancer and axillary clearance. 
Best to check with BCN to see what they say.

Try and check with your oncologist before you have your COVID booster. I'm currently having chemo and was advised not to have my latest COVID booster
