I’m on third round of cape (mop up triple negative). Fairly ok, I do get a bit of indigestion on it but meds help. Taking within 30 mins of eating important. Find taking with yogurt helps tummy issues also. Good luck!

Just finished my last of 8 sessions and apart from having to take them 12 hours apart and having to eat at certain times not many problems at all x

I have with breakfast and try to have dinner 11/12 hours later. If I can't do that  timewise i have it with a yoghurt around the 12 hour mark.

Thanks for that. A yoghurt is a good idea. I guess they dont mean it has to be a big meal then just something to line your stomach.

I took them at 7.30am and obviously 7.30pm. When I asked if I could just have a biscuit they suggested that it would be ok if I ate the whole pack! Toast was fine in the morning and if I had an early tea I would just have a snack bar before taking them. I did get complacent after a while and did just have a biscuit and didn't really feel that much different
